IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2022- RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO A NON-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RUBICON LANDSCAPE CORPORATION FOR CITYWIDE TURF MAINTENANCE FOR $176,220.44 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 WHEREAS, the City and Contractor have executed an Agreement, pursuant to which Contractor provides certain services with regard to turf maintenance; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the agreement to extend the term for one year and increase the service price by 14.4%; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment to the agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: That the following contract amendments are approved: 1. Section 1.1 of the Agreement, entitled “Term of Service”, is hereby amended to extend the term from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023; and 2. Section 2 of the Agreement, entitled “Compensation”, is hereby amended to pay Contractor a sum not to exceed $14,685.04 per month for a total of $176,220.44 per year for Fiscal Year 2022-2023; and 3. Exhibit A of the Agreement, entitled “Scope of Services”, is hereby amended in accordance with the terms set forth in Amendment No. 6, attached to this Resolution and made a part hereof; and 4. Exhibit B of the Agreement, entitled “Compensation Schedule”, is hereby amended in accordance with the terms set forth in Amendment No. 6, attached to this Resolution and made a part hereof.
