Code Sec. 7267. <br />OWNER: Callibelle Nickals <br />PROJECT: HALCYON DRIVE <br />(City of San Leandro) <br />PROPERTY DESCRIPTION OR ADDRESS: 15099 Hesperian Boulevard, San Leandro and <br />1104 Halcyon Drive, San Leandro <br />PROPERTY TO BE ACQUIRED: ALL <br />PART X INC. ACCESS RIGHT YES NO X <br />BASIS FOR AMOUNT OF JUST COMPENSATION <br />The Just Compensation for the real property proposed to be acquired by the <br />City of San Leandro is based on an appraisal of the property employing data from <br />sales of similar properties in the same general neighborhood.
