v <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />AND JANDIRA ABREU RE SALE OF <br />1101 GARDNER BOULEVARD <br />Recitals <br />The City of San Leandro ("City") and Jandira Abreu <br />("Purchaser") are parties to a repurchase agreement (confirmed by <br />letter dated April 23, 1987 re Right of First Refusal to Purchase <br />110f Gardner Boulevard). <br />Purchaser has exercised her right to purchase the property <br />described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference, commonly known as 1101 Gardner Boulevard, San Leandro <br />pursuant to said Repurchase Agreement; and <br />City and Purchaser have agreed to certain modifications to <br />said repurchase agreement; and <br />The single family house now located on 1101 Gardner <br />Boulevard, was acquired by City from Purchaser in connection with <br />the acquisition of 1228 Wayne Avenue for the widening of Davis <br />Street, and has been moved twice since acquisition by the City; <br />and <br />Now, Therefore, City and Purchaser agree: <br />City agrees to sell to Jandira Abreu, Palmira M. Soares <br />and Jose A. Scares, as joint tenants, ("Joint Tenants") that <br />certain real property described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference under the following terms: <br />5-27-87 <br />-1- <br />
