1. Purchase Price. The purchase price shall be $95,000, <br />less the following credits: <br />$26,996 for items of work set forth in the <br />attached plans and specifications <br />(Exhibit B hereto) (Items Nos. 3, 4, <br />6-24 and 26) <br />$600 for installation of 2 gates and yard <br />fence (as shown on plans). <br />$300 for 4 hose bibs. <br />$225 for building permit. <br />$825 for additional driveway concrete to <br />provide for a second on -site parking <br />place <br />$28,946 Total Credits <br />The net purchase price shall be $66,054.00. <br />2. Condition of Property. It is agreed and understood <br />that the property, including the single family house located <br />thereon, is sold "as is," and City makes no representation or <br />warranty, express or implied, as to the condition of said <br />property. The foregoing sentence does not apply to those items of <br />work set forth on Exhibit B, plans and work specifications, which <br />have already been performed by City. It is further agreed and <br />understood that Joint Tenants have had the opportunity to inspect <br />the single family home and have found the home and all items <br />listed on the attached Exhibit C to be in the condition indicated <br />on Exhibit C.
