NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />FIND and RESOLVE as follows: <br />(a) The subject property is taken for public use for public right of <br />way and other public uses. (Streets and Highways Code Section <br />5100 - 5102, Government Code Section 40404, San Leandro Municipal <br />Charter). <br />(b) The property taken pursuant to this exercise of the power of <br />eminent domain is located in the City of San Leandro.
