Effective Date October 1, 1982 <br />Said necessary parties (other than those having a claim or interest by reason of matters shown in <br />Exceptions numbered ) to be made defendants in said action to be brought by <br />as plaintiff, are as follows: <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />That parcel of land in the City of San Leandro, County of <br />Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br />Portion of Lots L, M and N, Block 28, as said Lots and <br />Block are shown on the "Map of the Town of San Leandro", <br />filed February 27, 1855, Map Book 2, page 43, Alameda County <br />Records, described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the northeastern line of San Leandro <br />Boulevard, (formerly Estudillo Street), 80.63 feet wide, as <br />said boulevard is shown on said map, distant thereon 50 feet <br />northwesterly from the point of intersection thereof with <br />the northwestern line of Thornton Street, 60.60 feet wide, <br />as said street is shown on said map; thence northwesterly along <br />said line of San Leandro Boulevard, 50 feet; thence at a right <br />angle northeasterly 150 feet; thence at a right angle south- <br />easterly 50 feet; and thence at a right angle southwesterly <br />150 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Except that portion described as follows: <br />The southwestern 16 feet of the above described land. <br />The above described parcel of land contains an area of 6,700 <br />square feet, more or less. <br />'A 7'A GUARANTEE FORM NO 1 REV S 3 73-PART 3 <br />
