This <br />property was purchased as a negotiated purchase in lieu of condemna- <br />tion of the property. Enclosed is a check payable to the County <br />of Alameda Board of Supervisor's in the amount of One Hundred and <br />Nine Dollars and Sixty -Four Cents ($109.64) for taxes to the date <br />of sale, March 21, 1983.
