EXHIBIT "A" property described in the deed of trust, situated in the County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, being a portion of Lot 22, Tract 663, filed October 1, 1943, in Book 8 of Maps, at Page 50, Alameda County Records, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the northwestern line of Marina -Boulevard, formerly West Avenue 132 and First Avenue, with the northeastern line of said Lot 22, as said avenue and lot are shorn on said map; tnence along the said line -of Marina Boulevard, south 61 54' 30" west, 42.77 feet to thn southwestern line of said Lot 22; thence along last said line north 28 west, 15.00 feet to a line drawn parallel to said northwestern line of Marina Boulevard, and 15.00 feet, measured at right 8ngles, northwesterly therefrom; thence along said parallel line, north 61 54' 30" east, 42.77 feet to 6he said northeastern line of Lot 22; thence along last said line south 61 54' 30" east, 15.00 feet to the Beginning. The above described parcel of land contains 642 square feet, more or less.
