e1-2'-)5463 <br />AnDVVMVMM <br />Conveyance Of Property <br />This agreement by and between the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a <br />municipal corporation ("City"), and TRUMAN W. FLOOD and DOROTHY M. <br />FLOOD, ("Owners"). <br />Recitals <br />1. Owners own that certain real property described in <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Parcel A". <br />2. City owns that certain real property described in <br />Exhibit B, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Parcel B". <br />3. Parcel A is necessary for present or prospective public <br />street purposes by virtue of its being located within City's Master <br />Plan of Streets plan line adopted for the future widening of <br />Washington Avenue. <br />4. Parcel B is unnecessary for present or prospective <br />public street purposes. <br />5. City and Owners desire to exchange their respective <br />parcels through reciprocal conveyance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br />1. CONVEYANCE OF OWNERS' PROPERTY. Owners shall convey to <br />the City of San Leandro in fee simple absolute by Grant Deed all <br />right, title and interest to that real property referred to herein as <br />Parcel A. <br />2. CONVEYANCE OF CITY PROPERTY. In consideration for the <br />conveyance to it by owners of Parcel A, City shall convey to owners <br />that real property referred to herein as Parcel B. <br />
