-295-1.24 <br />Subleases of space in the project by initial lessees to <br />sublessees shall be subject to review and approval by Grantor <br />in accordance with the guidelines set forth above with regard <br />to review and approval of initial leases. Within seven (7) <br />days of receipt of the identity of a proposed subleasee, and <br />such other information as is reasonably required by Grantor's <br />Executive Director or his designee, Grantor's Executive <br />Director or his designee shall either approve or reject the <br />sublessee. Grantor shall, if if requested by any lessee or by <br />Grantee following Grantor disapproval of a subleasee, sublease <br />the tenant space in question in accordance with the terms of <br />the initial lease. In the event of such a sublease by Grantor, <br />Grantor shall seek alternative sublessees therefor that are of <br />the kind and general nature set forth herein as being in <br />accordance with the purposes of this section. Nothing in this <br />Agreement shall prohibit Grantor from subleasing such tenant <br />space to such a sublessee and Grantee's leases and covenants <br />shall provide therefor. <br />
