Dennehey, City Clerk <br />City of San Leandro <br />835 East 14th Street <br />San Leandro, CA 94577 <br />CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION <br />WHEREAS, by Grant Deed dated December 9, 1981, and recorded <br />December 9, 1981, under Series No. 81-205124 official records of the <br />County Recorder of the County of Alameda, California, the Redevelop- <br />ment Agency of the City of San Leandro, a public body, corporate and <br />politic, hereinafter referred to as "Agency", conveyed to San Leandro <br />Plaza Associates, a California limited partnership with Hahn Devcorp <br />as general partner, hereinafter referred to as the "Redeveloper", cer- <br />tain real property situated in the City of San Leandro, California, <br />described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />WHEREAS, by Grant Deed dated yi J& 1985, and <br />recorded CONC-LMVENTLY YFRVw1>fj 1985, u{,der Series No. offi- <br />cial records of the County Recorder of the County of Alameda, Califor- <br />nia, Agency conveyed to Redeveloper certain real property situated in <br />the City of San Leandro, California, described in Exhibit "B", <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br />WHEREAS, as referenced in said Grant Deeds and in that certain <br />Disposition and Development Agreement entered into by and between <br />Agency and Redeveloper as of December 15, 1980 (hereinafter referred <br />to as the "DDA") the Agency shall furnish the Redeveloper with a Cer- <br />tificate of Completion upon completion of all construction and devel- <br />opment, which certificate shall he in such form as to permit it to he <br />recorded in the Recorder's Office of Alameda County; and <br />WHEREAS, such certificate shall he conclusive determination of <br />satisfactory completion of the construction and development required <br />by the DDA and of full compliance with the terms of the DDA, includ- <br />ing, but not limited to, the payment of all sums, fees, and expenses <br />required thereunder; and <br />WHEREAS the Agency has conclusively determined that the construc- <br />tion and development on the real property described in Exhibits "A" <br />and "B" has been satisfactorily completed; and <br />
