I 0 19$3 <br />AM PM <br />718191101111121112014 A 6 <br />i <br />RELINQUISHMENT OF HIGHWAY RIGHT OF WAY IN THE <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, ROAD 04-ALA-112-0.0/0.5 <br />REQUEST NO. 40380 <br />WHEREAS, by District Agreement No. 4-702-C dated October 16, <br />1978 and AmendmeAt to Agreement dated January 2, 1979, between the <br />City of San Leandro and the State of California, and by letter dated <br />May 7, 1982, the City agreed to accept title to service roads and <br />reconstructed city streets upon relinquishment thereof to said City by <br />the State of California; and <br />WHEREAS, the State of California has acquired right of way <br />for and has constructed the above -mentioned collateral facilities in <br />the City of San Leandro, between Doolittle Drive and Timothy Drive, <br />road 04-Ala-112, in accordance with said agreements and letter; and <br />WHEREAS, this Commission has found and determined, and does <br />hereby find and determine, that it is desirable and in the public <br />interest that said collateral facilities be relinquished to the City <br />of San Leandro for use as city streets; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS VOTED by the California Transportation <br />Commission that it relinquish, and it does hereby relinquish to the <br />City of San Leandro, effective upon the recordation of a certified <br />copy hereof with the Recorder of Alameda County, all of the State of <br />TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO, <br />R277 <br />Pasod by CTC 7 <br />FEB 2 41988 <br />
