California's right, title and interest in and to said collateral <br />facilities in said City, together with the right of way and <br />appurtenances thereof, described as follows: <br />SEGMENTS 1, 3, 4 and 6 as shown on that ceVtain set of <br />maps of five sheets entitled "RELINQUISHMENT IN THE COUNTY OF <br />ALAMEDA" recorded December 21, 1982, under Serial No. 82-194138, <br />Official Records of Alameda County. <br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM SEGMENT 4 above all that portion of <br />land lying easterly of the following described line: <br />COMMENCING on the easterly line of Doolittle Drive at <br />the southerly terminus of the course "N. 19°06'23"W., 229.26 feet" <br />as shown on Sheet 3 of said maps; thence S. 19006123"E., 123.48 <br />feet to the southerly line of said SEGMENT 4. <br />As to SEGMENT 6 above, EXCEPTING AND RESERVING to the <br />State of California any and all rights of ingress to and egress <br />from the highway hereby relinquished in and to the adjacent and <br />adjoining freeway, except at such points as now are or may be <br />established by resolution of this Commission. <br />THIS IS TO CERTIFY That the foregoing is a full and correct copy of the <br />original resolution duly passed by the California Transportation Commission <br />at its meeting regularly called and held on the 24th day of February, 1983, <br />in the city of Carmel. <br />Dated this the 28th day of February, 1983• <br />RICHARD A.
