No. 40380 <br />Collateral Facilities <br />Subject: NOTICE OF INTENTION TO RELINQUISH HIGHWAY RIGHT OF WAY <br />Attached for your information is a proposed California Transporta- <br />tion Commission relinquishment resolution. <br />This letter provides you with notice of our intention to present <br />this resolution to the California Transportation Commission at its <br />first regular meeting following a period of 90 days from the date <br />you receive this notice. When the Commission passes the resolu- <br />tion, you will receive a certified copy of the approved action. <br />The relinquishment will not become effective until it is filed <br />with the County Recorder. This is in accordance with Section 73 <br />of the Streets and Highways Code which covers highway relinquish- <br />ments to counties and cities. Our District Office will handle the <br />recording and will advise you immediately thereafter. <br />Segment 5 is not included in this relinquishment. It will be the <br />subject of a future relinquishment after landscaping is <br />completed. <br />Any questions, comments or objections you may have with respect to <br />the proposed relinquishment should also be made through our <br />District Office. <br />Sincerely, <br />E.
