That the amount due and owing to Defendant MAX A. MORRIS <br />pursuant to this Stipulation and order is TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND FIVE <br />HUNDRED DOLLARS ($23,500). <br />9. That said amount shall be made by check payable to "MAX A. <br />MORRIS" and mailed to his attorney of record, Hallgrimson McNichols McCann, <br />LLP, on or before June 15, 1996. <br />10. That the real property taxes, including any delinquencies, costs, and <br />interest, if any, shall be apportioned and prorated in accordance with Revenue and <br />Taxation Code Section 4986 as of April 2, 1995, and such portion of said taxes as is <br />attributable to the period from and after said date be, and the same are hereby, <br />canceled, and that the lien for real property taxes, insofar as it affects the subject <br />parcel, be canceled, and the Auditor of the County of Alameda is directed to take <br />whatever steps as are necessary to cancel said taxes, and the lien for real property <br />taxes, insofar as the lien for real property takes affects the subject property, is to be <br />canceled and extinguished. <br />DATED: May /7 , 1996 <br />MEYERS, NAVE, RIBACK, SILVER <br />& WILSON <br />By <br />MICHAEL R.
