(a) The public interest and necessity require <br />the project; <br />(b) The acquisition is planned and located in <br />the manner that will be most compatible <br />with the greatest public good and the least <br />private injury; and <br />(c) The property sought to be acquired is <br />necessary for street and highway purposes. <br />2. That the total monetary compensation to be paid <br />for the acquisition of said property is the sum of One Hundred <br />Four Thousand Dollars ($104,000.00) plus interest on said sum <br />from the date of possession of March 26, 1987, to and including <br />the date of recordation of the Final Order of Condemnation at <br />the rate of 7.23%. <br />3. The payment of said sums is full compensation for <br />all interest in the said real property, for all damages of every <br />kind or nature suffered or to be suffered by defendants because <br />of the taking of the property in the manner proposed by <br />plaintiff, including interest for plaintiff's possession prior <br />28 to judgment. <br />27 <br />28 <br />-2- <br />
