All modifications to the residential structure <br />relocated to the said property shall meet current building <br />codes for single-family dwellings. <br />6. The family room fireplace of the residence currently on <br />1242 Wayne Avenue, San Leandro, shall be reconstructed <br />using a metal fabricated fireplace unit and metal flue in <br />the same location as the existing fireplace, allowing for <br />code -required clearances.
