The garage will be wood framed construction with <br />plywood T1-ll siding over stud walls. The roof will be <br />supported by wooden trusses with composition shingles laid <br />over plywood roof sheathing. The pitch of the garage roof <br />would be the same as the pitch on the house (approximately 4 <br />in 12). The walls and trim of the garage would be painted <br />the same colors as those of the house. There will be a <br />single overhead garage door measuring 10 ft. wide. There <br />will be a solid core wooden entry door at the rear of the <br />garage (2' wide) in the right side garage wall near the <br />rear of the building.
