CITY COUNCIL OF SAN LEANDRO <br />MINUTE ORDER <br />NO. 90-91 <br />SUBJECT: Purchase of Real Property at FILE NO. 1-267/1885 <br />1234 Orchard Avenue (Thrasher <br />Park Master Plan) <br />MEETING DATE: September 4, 1990 <br />Present: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, <br />Polvorosa, Santos; Mayor Karp <br />Absent: None <br />The following motion was made and entered on the minutes: <br />M/S: On motion of Council Member Faria, seconded by Council Member <br />Santos and carried unanimously, the City Council accepted the <br />letter from the Planning Commission, which stated that the <br />purchase of real property at 1234 Orchard Avenue is in <br />conformance with the City's General Plan and recommending that <br />the City Council approve purchase of the property for the <br />Thrasher Park Master Plan, and approved the purchase of the <br />property. <br />Alice Calvert <br />City Clerk <br />AC:dd <br />Attachment <br />F:\CLERK\MINORDER\90-91 <br />
