CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: August 21, 1990 <br />TO: City Council <br />FROM: Planning Commission <br />SUBJECT: General Plan Conformance - Purchase of Real Property at 1234 Orchard <br />Avenue - Thrasher Park Master Plan <br />The Planning Commission, at its July 26, 1990 meeting, reviewed the purchase of <br />the above referenced property and made the determination that the purchase of <br />this property for the purpose of completing the first phase of the Thrasher Park <br />Master Plan Project is in conformity with the City's adopted General Plan.
