AREA 5 <br />EXPANSION AREA "A" <br />The area generally located along both sides <br />of San Leandro Boulevard between Davis <br />Street and San Leandro Creek, and including <br />the Union Pacific Railroad property located <br />northerly of Davis Street and westerly of San <br />Leandro Boulevard. and specifically described <br />as follows: <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, <br />County of Alameda, State of California, being <br />all of Blocks 36, 37 and 38, portions of Block <br />33 and 34, and a portion of San Leandro <br />Boulevard (formerly Estudillo Street), all as <br />shown on the Map of the Town of San <br />Leandro, filed February 27, 1855, in Book 2 of <br />Maps, at page 43, Alameda County Records, <br />and being further described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the <br />southwestern line of Carpentier Street with the <br />northwestern line of Davis Street, as said <br />streets are shown on said map; thence <br />northwesterly along said line of Carpentier <br />Street to a point 100 feet northwesterly of the <br />said line of Davis Street; thence at right angles <br />to said line of Carpentier Street, southwesterly, <br />150 feet to a line drawn parallel with said line <br />of Carpentier Street; thence northwesterly <br />along said parallel line 484.60 feet; thence <br />southwesterly, at right angles to said line of <br />Carpentier Street, to the southwesterly line of <br />said San Leandro Boulevard; thence <br />northwesterly along said line of San Leandro <br />Boulevard to the center line of San Leandro <br />Creek, as said Creek is shown on said map; <br />thence westerly and northwesterly along said <br />centerline of San Leandro Creek to the <br />northeastern line of Martinez Street, as said <br />street is shown on said map; thence <br />APPENDIX A <br />southeasterly along said line of Martinez Street <br />to the said line of Davis Street; thence <br />northeasterly along said line of Davis Street to <br />the Point of Beginning. <br />EXPANSION AREA "B" <br />The area located westerly of BART's San <br />Leandro Station bounded generally by West <br />Estudillo Avenue on the north, Martinez Street <br />and the Union Pacific Railroad on the east, <br />Williams Street on the south and Alvarado <br />Street and the Southern Pacific Railroad on the <br />west, and specifically described as follows: <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, <br />County of Alameda, State of California, <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the <br />northeastern line of Martinez Street with the <br />southeastern line of West Estudillo Avenue <br />(formerly Ward Street), as said streets are <br />shown on Map of the Town of San Leandro, <br />filed February 27, 1855, in Book 2 of Maps, at <br />page 43, Alameda County Records; thence <br />southwesterly along said line of West Estudillo <br />Avenue to the southwestem line of Southern <br />Pacific Railroad right-of-way, as said right-of- <br />way is shown on Parcel Map 4852, filed <br />October I. 1986, in Book 164 of Maps, at pages <br />50 and 51, Alameda County Records; thence <br />southeasterly along last said line to the <br />northwestern line of Thornton Street, as last <br />said street is shown on said Map of the Town <br />of San Leandro; thence southwesterly along <br />last said line to the southwestern line of <br />Alvarado Street, as last said street is shown on <br />last said map; thence southeasterly along last <br />said line to the southeastern line of Williams <br />Street, as last said street is shown on last said <br />map; thence northeasterly along last said line to <br />the northeastern line of the Union Pacific <br />57 <br />
