Division III <br />NIERGER OF PLAZA 1 AND PLAZA 2 <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS <br />Chapter 1.44 <br />MERGER OF PLAZA 1 AND PLAZA 2 <br />Sections: <br />1.44.010 Terms of merger. <br />1.44.010 Terms of merger. <br />A. The Plaza 1 redevelopment plan and the <br />Plaza 2 redevelopment plan are merged into <br />one redevelopment plan which shall be known <br />as the plaza redevelopment plan and the Plaza 1 <br />project area and the Plaza 2 project area shall <br />heretofore be known as the plaza <br />redevelopment project area. <br />B. This section incorporates the plaza <br />redevelopment plan by reference and <br />designates the plaza redevelopment plan as the <br />official plan for the plaza redevelopment <br />project area. <br />C. No provisions of the plaza redevel- <br />opment plan are amended except as provided <br />by ordinance. <br />D. All findings made regarding the <br />adoption of the Plaza 1 and Plaza 2 <br />redevelopment plans and amendments thereto <br />are incorporated by reference.
