CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE <br />This is to certify that the interest in real property, identified in the Disposition and Development <br />Agreement approved by Resolution No. 2011-058, conveyed by the Grant Deed dated March 9, <br />2011, from the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro, a public body corporate and <br />politic to the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation ("City"), is hereby accepted on <br />behalf of the City by its City Manager pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 2011- <br />058, adopted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro on March 7, 2011, and that the City <br />consents to recordation of the Grant Deed by its duly authorized officer. <br />Dated March 9, 2011 <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, <br />a municipal corporation <br />By: <br />St-ephen L.
