98 1772 10 <br />within ten days of receiving the notice. If the Agency requires Purchasers to cure <br />more than two defaults within a six-month period, the Agency reserves the right to <br />retain a professional property management company to maintain the Property <br />pursuant to this Maintenance Covenant. Purchasers shall be liable for the costs of <br />the property management company. The Agency shall keep an account of the costs <br />of the property management company and shall request reimbursement from the <br />Purchasers within sixty days of incurring such costs. Purchasers shall reimburse <br />Agency for such costs within sixty days of receiving the invoice. If Purchasers do not <br />reimburse Agency for such costs, the Agency reserves the right to record a Notice of <br />Lien in the office of the County Recorder for the County of Alameda and such costs <br />shall constitute a lien on the Property for the amount of the unpaid costs and from <br />the date of recording shall have the force effect and priority of a judgment lien. <br />6. The terms of this Maintenance Covenant shall run with the land, shall bind <br />any successors of Purchaser, whether such successor's title was acquired by <br />foreclosure, deed in lieu of foreclosure, trustee's sale or otherwise, and shall terminate <br />upon the termination date of the City of San Leandro Plaza I Redevelopment Project. <br />7.
