33333.2 of the Health and Safety Code, such <br />loan, advance or indebtedness must be repaid <br />no later than July 11, 2044, fifty-one (51) <br />years from the effective date of the ordinance <br />approving and adopting this plan. This limita- <br />tion shall not apply to certain affordable hous- <br />ing activities as contained in state law. <br />G. The amount of tax allocation bonded <br />indebtedness issued pursuant to Section 33640 <br />et seq., of the Health and Safety Code, exclu- <br />sive of other agency subordinated contractual <br />obligations, other forms of indebtedness of the <br />agency to the city which can be outstanding at <br />any one time shall not exceed eight hundred <br />eighty million dollars ($880,000,000.00) in <br />principal amount, except by amendment of <br />this plan.
