3.24.030 Nondiscrimination <br />provisions. <br />All real property acquired or disposed of by <br />the agency shall be subject to nondis- <br />crimination provisions. Disposition and devel- <br />opment agreements and owner participation <br />agreements shall obligate the lessee or <br />purchaser to refrain from restricting the rental, <br />sale, or lease of the property on the basis of <br />race, color, religion, sex, marital status, <br />ancestry, or national origin of any person. All <br />deeds, leases or contracts that the agency <br />proposes to enter into for the sale, lease, <br />sublease, transfer, use, occupancy, tenure, or <br />enjoyment of any land in the project shall <br />include express provisions in substantially the <br />form set forth in Health and Safety Code <br />Section 33436. (Ord. 99-025 § 210.3, 1999) <br />3.24.040 Development plans. <br />All development plans, whether public or <br />private, shall be processed in the manner <br />provided by applicable city codes. In addition, <br />all development in the project area must <br />comply with city review procedures unless the <br />agency in its discretion conducts the project <br />review. (Ord. 99-025 § 210.4, 1999) <br />3.24.050 Personal property <br />disposition. <br />For the purposes of the plan, the agency is <br />authorized to lease, sell, exchange, transfer, <br />assign, pledge, encumber, or otherwise <br />dispose of personal property acquired by the <br />agency.
