PARCEL TWO:
<br />Beginning at a fence post on the southerly line of First Avenue in said City of San
<br />Leandro, being the northeasterly corner of a one acre tract of land conveyed by Frank
<br />Silva to Jose J. Serpa, by Deed dated October 5th, 1876 and recorded in Book 132 of
<br />Deeds, at Page 118, Alameda County Records; and running thence south 28' 05' east
<br />along the easterly boundary line of fence of said one acre tract, ten hundred and eighteen
<br />and 72/100 (1018.72) feet to a stake in fence; thence along the said fence, south 61' 56'
<br />west, seventy-nine and 33/100 (79.33) feet to the northeasterly line of the right of way
<br />belonging to the Southern Pacific Railway Company; thence along the said line of said
<br />right of way, north 42' 41' 40" west, four hundred and sixty-eight (468) feet to a stake
<br />therein; thence north 28' 04' west, five hundred and sixty-five and 90/100 (565.90) feet to
<br />a stake in the southerly line of First Avenue; and thence along the same, north 61' 56'
<br />east, one hundred and ninety-seven and 20/100 (197.20) feet to the place of beginning.
<br />Being all of the above mentioned one acre tract conveyed by Frank Silva to Jose J. Serpa,
<br />and a portion of that certain seven acre tract of land conveyed by Wm. Cahill to Jacinto
<br />Lorenco, by Deed dated December 9th, 1867 and recorded in Book 27 of Deeds, at Page
<br />459, Alameda County Records.
<br />Excepting therefrom, the following described real property in the City of San Leandro,
<br />County of Alameda, State of California:
<br />Commencing at a stake in the southerly line of First Avenue in said City of San Leandro,
<br />at the most northwesterly corner of that certain 4.00 acre tract of land described in Deed
<br />from Isao Murai, a single man, to Chiye Wada, George Wada and Henry Wada, dated
<br />May 9, 1933 and recorded May 15, 1933, in Book 2897 of Official Records, at Page 424,
<br />in the Office of the County Recorder of said County'of Alameda; and running thence
<br />north 61 ° 56' east along said line of First Avenue, 118.00 feet; thence south 28' 04' east,
<br />150.00 feet; thence south 61' 56' west, 118.00 feet to the westerly line of said 4.00 acre
<br />tract of land; and thence north 28' 04' west along last mentioned line, 150.00 feet to the
<br />point of commencement.
<br />Being a portion of that certain 7.00 acre tract of land described in that certain deed from
<br />William Cahill to Jacinto Lorenco, date December 9, 1867 and recorded December 10,
<br />1867, in Book 27 of Deeds, at Page 459, in the Office of the County Recorder of said
<br />County of Alameda.
<br />Also excepting therefrom, that portion conveyed in the Deed to the City of San Leandro,
<br />dated April 9, 1969, recorded April 11, 1969, Reel 2380, Image 817, Alameda County
<br />Records.
