The City desires to widen Davis Street in the vicinity of the <br />Company's main railroad line running from Niles to Oakland, <br />California. The City further desires to relocate and open for public <br />right-of-way purposes a presently unimproved street named Alvarado <br />Street. Alvarado Street will have a north -south alignment commencing <br />(for purposes of this agreement) at the new southerly right-of-way <br />line of Davis Street between Martinez and Orchard Avenues, southerly <br />to and crossing the main railroad line of the Company and ending (for <br />purposes of this agreement) at the northerly right-of-way line of <br />Thornton Street. <br />B.
