and incidental purposes thereto, including access, said portions of the <br />streets are more particularly described as follows: <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of <br />California, described as follows: <br />Parcel 1 (West Joaquin Avenue) <br />That parcel of land in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of <br />California, described as follows: <br />That portion of West Joaquin Avenue, formerly Hepburn Street, as shown on the <br />Map of the Town of San Leandro, filed February 27, 1855, Map Book 2, page 43, <br />Alameda County Records, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the southwestern line of Alvarado Street and <br />the northwest line of West Joaquin Avenue as said Street and Avenue are shown <br />on said map; thence from said point of beginning southwesterly along the <br />northwestern line of West Joaquin Avenue to the southwestern line of the 100 <br />foot Southern Pacific right-of-way as described in the deed recorded May 11, <br />1870, Book 55 of Deeds, page 41, Alameda County Records; thence southeasterly <br />along the southeasterly extension of the last said line to the southeastern <br />line of West Joaquin Avenue, thence northeasterly along the last said line to <br />the southwest line of Alvarado Street; thence northwesterly along the last <br />said line to the piaint of beginning. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 1,930 square feet, more or less. <br />Parcel 2 (Alvarado Street) <br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the southwesterly line of Alvarado Street, <br />said line being also the northeasterly line of Block 61 as said street and <br />block are shown on the certain map entitled "Map of the Town of San Leandro" <br />filed for record February 27, 1855 in Map Book 2 at page 43, Alameda County <br />Records; with the northeasterly line of that certain 100 foot right-of-way <br />described in the deed to Western Pacific Railroad Company, recorded May 11, <br />1870 in Book 55 of Deeds at page 41, Alameda County Records; thence leaving <br />said POINT OF BEGINNING and said southwesterly line of Alvarado Street along <br />said northeasterly line of the 100 foot right-of-way south 42° 48' 52" east <br />140.26 feet; thence leaving said right-of-way line south 36' 46' 07" east <br />162.27.fee t more or less to a point on the northeasterly line of said Alvarado <br />Street; thence along said northeasterly line of Alvarado Street south 280 00' <br />00" east 254.15 feet; thence leaving said northeasterly line of Alvarado Steet <br />from a tangent bearing of south 5° 27' 22" east along a curve to the right <br />with a radius of 266.00 feet through a central angle of 5° 58' 01" for an arc <br />length of 27.70 feet to a point on the southwesterly line of said 100 foot <br />right-of-way; thence along said southwesterly line north 42° 48' 52" west <br />190.34 feet more or less to a point on said southwesterly line of Alvarado <br />Street; thence leaving said southwesterly line of the 100 foot right-of-way <br />Ordinance Vacating Portions of Streets <br />Public Streets 2 Alvarado near SPRR <br />
