O After reading Margaret's response to Tara, I think the County must have the original agreement(s) and never forwarded a copy to us. If you have time to follow-up, you can draft a letter to the County Clerk's Office requesting a copy. Otherwise, maybe just print out these emails and put them in the file. Should we worry about getting a copy of the agreement if we have a recorded deed? If so, we might be able to get a copy from the Recorder's Office or the County Clerk's Office. I'm thinking that since this agreement was between the City and County, it is possible that we never received an executed original.
