You sent us a copy of the recorded Tax <br />Deed to Purchaser of Tax -Defaulted Property. Do you know the possible whereabouts of the original recorded deed? We <br />do not have it in our files, and I am sure you would send it to us if it is in our department. <br />Also, the Mayor, John and Marian signed an Agreement to Purchase Tax -Defaulted Property in 2004 relating to this <br />property. Do you have a copy of the fully -executed agreement?
