It doesn't necessarily mean that we've done anything wrong/different, but I <br />thought we could review the steps on the follow-up process and it might show where there are gaps in our <br />existing process, or not. <br />Vivian, can you please set up about 45 minutes for you, Janice and me to meet and review the process for <br />cancellations of taxes for property the City acquires?
