Ward, Public Works Director <br />SUBJECT Neptune Drive Extension, Southerly of Davis Street, and Negative Declaration Page 3 <br />easily accomodate this range__of vol_ume,__ __ _______ _ <br />It should also be noted that references were _made _to an alternate entrance <br />to the proposed Regional Park, however, at_.the,_meeting_of_the East Bay Regional_ <br />Park District Board of Directors on June 21, 1977, the Park development plan <br />was a roved, and that lan showed only an entrance to the site from Neptune <br />Drive, about midway between Davis and Williams Street and not from Davis Street. <br />The chairman of the Board indicatdd that access via Davis Street has not been <br />� precluded. However, the matter of access had been considered_by both the District <br />consultant and the District Staff, City_Staff, and in previous public meetings, <br />so it would seem _illo ical not to assume that_ the_point_of_,access _will be <br />according to the lan as ado <br />Richard H.
