E <br />I Contracts in effect with the respective utility owners, and to <br />2 prepare the necessary Notices to Relocate and Utilities Agreements <br />3 and to inspect the required utility relocation work, with the costs <br />4 if any, to be borne by CITY. <br />5 SECTION II <br />6 CITY AGREES: <br />7 1.) To deposit with STATE within 30 days of receipt of <br />8 billing therefor (which billing will be forwarded immediately <br />9 following STATE's bid advertising date of a construction contract <br />10 for the aforesaid improvements), the amount of $22,500, which <br />11 figure represents CITY's estimated share of construction <br />I <br />12 engineering costs and construction costs required to complete the <br />13 installation of the traffic control signal system and safety <br />14 lighting, less the aforesaid credit to CITY referred to hereinbefoe <br />15 in Section I, Article (3). <br />16 The actual amount of CITY's share of construction engineering; <br />I <br />17 costs (including all direct and indirect costs (functional and <br />18 administrative overhead assessment) attributable to such work, <br />19 � <br />applied in accordance with STATE's standard accounting procedures) <br />20 and construction costs will be determined after completion of work; <br />21 and a financial settlement made upon final accounting of costs. <br />22 Said share will be a sum bearing the same proportion to the total <br />23 cost of installation of the traffic control signal system and <br />i <br />24 safety lighting as the number of legs of highways under jurisdiction <br />25 of CITY at the intersection involved bears to the total number of 1 <br />26 legs of highways at such intersection. <br />27 a� <br />-4- <br />
