Any recording fee, title insurance premium, and revenue <br />stamps shall be at the sole cost and expense of the City of San <br />Leandro. <br />AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the President and Secretary <br />of this Board be and they are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute a grant deed for and on behalf of the San Leandro Unified <br />School District of Alameda County, State of California, conveying <br />title in fee to said real property hereinabove described to the <br />City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, for public street and roadway purposes, in accordance <br />with the provisions of this resolution, and to cause said deed to <br />be delivered to the City of San Leandro upon receipt of the pur- <br />chase price hereinabove mentioned; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of this Board be <br />and he is hereby authorized and directed to cause this Resolution <br />to be published once a week for three (3) successive weeks prior <br />to the making of said grant and conveyance by said School District <br />in the Daily Review , a newspaper of general <br />circulation published in said San Leandro Unified School District <br />of Alameda County; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of the preliminary title <br />on said property <br />report/of the Western Title Insurance Company, dated October 11, <br />1977, bearing No. 831900, shall be kept and is on file with this <br />Board at its administrative office located at 451 West Joaquin <br />Avenue, San Leandro, California 94577, and may be examined there <br />by any interested patty. Attention is called to the exceptions <br />to a clear and free title, including easements, listed in said <br />preliminary title report. <br />-2- <br />
