Guaranty Company, a Ca, ifo rda <br />corporation,, to the City of San Le_-%adrr---,, a municipal corporation., duly acknowledged <br />and delivered to the City of San Leandro and which conveys to said City of S_ai <br />Leandro said parcel of Land upon conditions therein set forth. <br />Now,, therefore., the City Council, of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />.t.
