To Wesley McClure DATE December 12, 1952 <br />Re: Merced Street <br />Attached is the letter received by7?r. Carden from Oakland Title Insurance Company <br />together with your notes as z,rell as a description of Grant Deed for j'erced Street. The <br />same has been reviewed and an error found in one of the distances. Mr. Cline contacted <br />Oakland Title Company and Mr. r,ickeljohn who notarized the same requested that we place the <br />correct figures in in ink and that it would be satisfactory. The same has been done. <br />This description covers the easterly 30 feet of Verced Street from r'irst Avenue to a <br />point approximately 960 feet southerly thereof which has previously been dedicated to the <br />City and is on file in the City Clerk's Office. The same also excludes 7 feet of the ultimate <br />ril=ht of way on the easterly side from rest Avenue 137th notherly adjacent to the property <br />owned by Buckley. <br />The City Clerk's Office has been checked and on April 7, 1952, the City Council <br />adopted Resolution No. 1826 C.14 S. accepting a portion of Merced Street for street purposes <br />which was the same as that discussed above with the exception that it would include the 7feet <br />Imo' iT,- <br />SIGN <br />PLEASE REPLY HERE <br />TO DATE <br />0 SIGNED <br />
