SECOND: That a certified copy of Articles of Incorporation of the Southern Pacific Company was filed with the Public Utilities Commission of the State of California on October 2, 1947, in Appli- cation No. 28744. THIRD- That correspondence and communications in regard to this application may be addressed to Mr. W. D. Lamprecht, General Manager, 65 Market Street, San Francisco 5, California. FOURTH- That under the authority of Section 1201 et seq., of the Public Utilities Code of the State of California, applica- tion is hereby made for authority to construct, maintain and operate in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, a spur track, the center line of which is described as follows: BEGINNING in the southeasterly line of West Ave. 135, distant northeasterly thereon 555 feet, more or less, from the northeasterly line of Teagarden Street, being also distant 11.9 feet northwesterly of the point of switch of a No. 10 turnout in an existing drill track; thence northwesterly along said turnout 61 feet, more more or less, to the northwesterly line of West Ave. 135, distant northeasterly thereon 543 feet, more or less, from said northeasterly line of Teagarden Street.
