WRD - 3/5/57 - XVII7 <br />map showing the accurate locations of all streets, roads,property <br />lines, tracks, buildings, or other obstructions to view, in the <br />vicinity of the proposed track, including profiles; that the cen- <br />ter line of said track as above described is indicated in red on <br />said map. <br />FIFTH- That it is desired to construct said track at <br />grade to serve John Graciano (State Educational Agency); because <br />of the existing grade conditions in this location, installation of <br />an overhead or undergrade crossing is not practicable. <br />SIXTH. That there is filed herewith a copy of Resolution <br />No. 2237 passed by the Council of the City of San Leandro dated <br />November 23, 1953, accepting and authorizing the execution of in- <br />denture dated November 23, 1953, copy of which is attached, record- <br />ed March 5, 1954 in Book 7265 at Page 189 of Official Records of <br />Alameda County, reserving the right to construct, maintain and oper- <br />ate additional trackage across West Avenue 135. <br />That a copy of this application has been mailed to the City <br />of San Leandro. <br />SEVENTH. That the number of said crossing is D-16.15-C, <br />EIGHTH. That the protection now at the crossing consists <br />of two (2) PUC Standard No. 1-A crossing signs (G. Do 75-B), and <br />in the opinion of your applicant, no further protection is necessary <br />WHEREFORE, your applicant asks that the Public Utilities Com- <br />mission of the State of California make an order granting this ap- <br />plication, and permitting applicant to construct at grade the track <br />the center line of which is shown red on the map filed herewith. <br />DATED.
