IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO 1007 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 80 - 35 <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING PORTIONS OF WEST <br />ESTUDILLO AVENUE, WASHINGTON AVENUE <br />AND WEST JOAQUIN AVENUE <br />Recitals <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter a.l of Title V of the <br />San Leandro Municipal Code of 1957, this Council by Resolution No. 80-90 <br />duly caused notice of these proceedings to be given in the manner pre- <br />scribed by law. Said notice stated the intent of the City Council to <br />vacate portions of West Estudillo Avenue, Washington Avenue and West <br />Joaquin Avenue (as said vacations are more specifically described in <br />said resolution) and contained the day, time and place when and where <br />any and all persons having any objections to the proposed vacations <br />might appear before this Council and show cause why the proposed vacations <br />should not be ordered. <br />2. A hearing has been held in the manner prescribed by law and <br />all persons having any objection to the proposed vacation have been <br />heard. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />ORDAIN as follows: <br />Section 1. That all notices required by law have been duly and <br />timely given. <br />
