-4- <br />In conclusion, with the decreased projections of both <br />project related traffic and general traffic growth, and with <br />the significant increases in traffic capacity from planned <br />improvements, we expect to be able to satisfactorily accom- <br />modate traffic in the downtown area for the foreseeable <br />future. <br />10.
