"EXCEPTING AND RESERVING THEREFROM, pursuant to the provisions of <br />Section 8330 of the Streets and Highways Code, the permanent ease- <br />ment and right at any time or from time to time, to construct, <br />maintain, operate, replace, remove, and renew sanitary sewers, and <br />storm drains and appurtenant structures in, upon, over and across <br />any street or part thereof proposed to be vacated and to construct, <br />maintain, operate, replace, remove, renew and enlarge lines of <br />pipe, conduits, cables, wires, poles and other convenient <br />structures, equipment and fixtures for the operation of gas pipe <br />lines, telegraphic and telephone lines, for the transportation or <br />distribution of electric energy, and for the transportation or dis- <br />tribution of water, including access and the right to keep the <br />property free from inflammable materials, and wood growth, and <br />otherwise protect the same from all hazards, in, upon and over the <br />portion of Lorenzo Avenue to be vacated." <br />Reference is hereby made to a map of said proposed vacation entitled <br />"ABANDONMENT, STREET EASEMENT, Lorenzo Avenue," designated as Drawing 637, <br />Case 1603, on file in the Office of the City Clerk, for particulars as to <br />the proposed vacation. <br />Notice is hereby given that on September 4, 1979, at 8:15 o'clock p.m. <br />in the Council Chambers of the City Council of said City, City Hall, 835 <br />EAst 14th Street, San Leandro, California, any and all persons having any <br />objections to the proposed vacation of a portion of easement may appear be- <br />fore said Council and show cause why said proposed vacation should not be <br />ordered. <br />The City Clerk shall cause this Resolution of Intention to be published <br />once in the official newspaper of the City of San Leandro. Said publication <br />shall be not less than ten days prior to the date of hearing. <br />This resolution shall be posted conspicuously along the line of the <br />easement proposed to be vacated at least ten days before the date of hearing. <br />Such resolution shall be posted not more than 300 feet apart but at least <br />three shall be posted. <br />
