Exhibit B of the Agreement entitled “Compensation Schedule & Reimbursable Expenses” is <br />hereby amended to add San Leandro Senior Community Center and San Leandro Family <br />Aquatics Center as attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and <br />3.
