Reference is hereby made to a map of said proposed vacation entitled <br />"PROPOSED STREET VACATION ROMANS AVENUE BETWEEN SANDELIN AVENUE AND EAST JUANA <br />AVENUE," Drawing 31, Case No. 502, dated November 22, 1976, on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk for particulars as to the proposed vacation. <br />Notice is hereby given that on December 20, 1976, at 8:15 p.m. in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Council of said City, City Fall, 835 East 14th Street, <br />San Leandro, California, any and all persons having any objections to the proposed <br />vacation of said portion of Homans Avenue may appear before said Council and show <br />cause why said proposed vacation should not be ordered. <br />The City Clerk shall cause this Resolution of Intention to be published <br />once in the official newspaper of the City of San Leandro. Said publication shall <br />be not less than ten days prior to the date of hearing. <br />This resolution shall be posted conspicuously along the line of the <br />portion of Homans Avenue to be vacated at least ten days before the date of hear- <br />ing.
