or- r <br />Reference is hereby made to a map of said proposed vacation entitled <br />"PROPOSED STREET VACATION JEFFERSON STREET BETWEEN CHUMALIA STREET AND SAN LEANDRO <br />CREEK," Drawing 537A, Case No. 1602, dated April 23, 1976, on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk for particulars as to the proposed vacation. <br />Notice is hereby given that on June 7, 1976, at 8:15 p.m. in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Council of said City, City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San <br />Leandro, California, any and all persons having any objections to the proposed vaca- <br />tion of said portion of Jefferson Street may appear before said Council and show <br />cause why said proposed vacation should not be ordered. <br />The City Clerk shall cause this Resolution of Intention to be published <br />once in the official newspaper of the City of San Leandro. Said publication shall <br />be not less than ten days prior to the date of hearing. <br />This resolution shall be posted conspicuously along the line of the <br />portion of Jefferson Street to be vacated at least ten days before the date of <br />hearing.
