Notice is hereby given that on November 19, 1973, at 8:15 p.m. in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Council of said City, City Hall, 835 East 14th <br />Street, San Leandro, California, any and all persons having any objections to <br />the proposed vacation of said portion of Alvarado Street may appear before said <br />Council and show cause why said proposed vacation should not be ordered. <br />The City Clerk shall cause this Resolution of Intention to be published <br />once in the official newspaper of the City of San Leandro. Said publication shall <br />be not less than ten days prior to the date of hearing. <br />This resolution shall be posted conspicuously along the line of the <br />portion of Alvarado Street to be vacated at least ten days before the date of <br />hearing. Such resolution shall be posted not more than 300 feet apart, but at <br />least three shall be posted. <br />Introduced by Councilman Polvorosa and passed and adopted this <br />29th day of October , 1973, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Councilmen Coppa, Gill, Kant, Nahm, Polvorosa, Suerstedt; <br />Mayor Maltester ( 7 ) <br />Noes: None ( 0 ) <br />Absent: None ( 0 ) <br />JACK D.
