STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />} <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA ) <br />G�T� Ai iJ:iiJ�Y .i G� riCt <br />AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING <br />l'-,U G 2 �- 19 <br />73 <br />sa <br />being duly sworn, deposes and says: <br />That he is now and at all times herein mentioned was an employee in the <br />public Works Department, City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, California; <br />That on �L o�y„c.� f / �, /9 �� _ , the City Council of the City of San Leandro <br />passed Resolution No.'73 - declaring its intention to proceed under the <br />provisions of Chnpter a.l of Title V of the San Leandro Municipal Code of <br />1g57, to vacate a portion of San Leandro Boulevard; <br />That after the r,doption of said Resolution No. 73 —(I , he, under the <br />direction of the Street Superintendent of the City of San Leandro, personally <br />posted conspicuously along the line of said contemplated vacation, notices <br />of the passage of said Resolution, one of which notices, similar to the <br />notices posted as aforesaid, is annexed hereto and mide a part hereof; <br />That he personally posted said notices by fastening them with metal tacks <br />to posts, walls, or trees, at an elevation of about five feet above the <br />ground so that they would attract the attention of passers-by and be easily <br />readable; <br />Thnt all of said notices were posted less than 300 feet in distance apart <br />from each other, and that not less than three of said notices in all were <br />posted on the area to be vacated; <br />That he completed all of the posting of said notices on the day of <br />1973 and thereafter made this affidavit and4fle—d it with <br />the erk of the City of San Leandro. <br />Subscribed and sworn to before me <br />
