1007 <br />A portion of 135th Avenue, formerly Pestana Avenue, as said Avenue <br />is shown on the map of Tract 900, filed December 1, 1948 in Book 29 <br />of Maps at pages 72 and 73 and being further described as follows: <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the southwest line of Rose <br />Drive (50.00 feet wide) with that certain tangent curve, concave to <br />the west, having a radius of 20.00 feet and a central angle of <br />89° 50' 05" as said drive and curve are shown on said map; thence <br />along the southeasterly prolongation of the said southwest line <br />south 47° 10' 05" east 89.99 feet to a point of cusp with a tangent <br />curve, concave to the south, having a radius of 20.00 feet and a cen- <br />tral angle of 90' 09' 55"; thence along said curve northwesterly, <br />westerly, and southwesterly a distance of 31.47 feet; thence along <br />the prolongation of a radial line to last said curve north 470 20' 00" <br />west 50.00 feet; thence north 42° 40' 00" east 0.26 feet to a tangent <br />curve concave to the west, having a radius of 20.00 feet and A central <br />angle of 89° 50' 05"; thence along last said curve northeasterly, <br />northerly, and northwesterly a distance of 31.36 feet to a point of <br />cusp with the southeasterly prolongation of the said southwest line <br />of Rose Drive, said point of cusp being the point of beginning. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 1,178 square feet, more or <br />less. <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall be published once prior to adoption and <br />shall take effect thirty (30) days after removal of existing paving, curb, gutter <br />and sidewalk and construction of new curb, gutter and sidewalk (and standard <br />driveway if applicable) on the west side of Rose Drive across 135th Avenue, and <br />construction of new street paving as required to conform, all to the satisfaction <br />of the City Engineer. <br />Introduced by Councilman Coppa on this 17th day of July, 1972 and passed <br />to print by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Councilmen: Coppa, Gill, Kant, Nahm, Polvorosa, Suerstedt and <br />Mayor: Maltester ( 7 ) <br />Noes: None ( 0 ) <br />Absent: None ( 0 ) <br />Attest: <br />Richard H.
