or distribution of electric energy, petroleum and its products, ammonia, <br />water, and incidental purposes, including access and the right to keep the <br />property free from inflammable materials and wood growth, and otherwise <br />protect the same from all hazards. <br />Reference is hereby made to a map of said proposed vacation entitled <br />"PLAT TO ACCOMPANY ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR VACATION OF A PORTION OF 135TH <br />AVENUE," Drawing 489, Case No. 1603, dated June 1, 1972, on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk for particulars as to the proposed vacation. <br />Notice is hereby given that on July 17, 1972 at 8:15 o'clock p.m. <br />in the Council Chambers of the City Council of said City, City Hall, 835 <br />East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, any and all persons having any <br />objections to the proposed vacation of said portion of 135th Avenue may <br />appear before said Council and show cause why said proposed vacation should <br />not be ordered. <br />The City Clerk shall cause this Resolution of Intention to be published <br />once in the official newspaper of the City of San Leandro. Said publication <br />shall be not less than ten days prior to the date of hearing. <br />This resolution shall be posted conspicuously along the line of the <br />portion of 135th Avenue to be vacated at least ten days before the date of <br />hearing.
