1007 IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 72 - 70 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF EDGEHILL COURT AND SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT IN LOTS 32 AND 33 OF TRACT 2712 The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: That the City Council hereby elects to proceed under the provisions of Chapter a.l of Title V of the San Leandro Municipal Code of 1957. It is the intention of the City Council to vacate a portion of Edgehill Court and a sanitary sewer easement in lots 32 and 33 of Tract 2712. Said Edgehill Court is a public street in the City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California, officially known and designated as Edgehill Court. That portion of Edgehill Court so proposed to be vacated and abandoned is described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of lot 31 as said lot is shown on said map, said corner being on a curve concave to the northeast, having a radius of 40.00 feet, (a radial line of said curve to said corner bears south 49' 06' 39" west); thence northwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 17' 11' 20" a distance of 12.00 feet to a point of reverse curve, a tangent at said point bears north 23' 42' 01" west; thence northwesterly, and westerly along a reverse curve, concave to the southwest, having a radius of 40.00 feet, through a central angle of 56' 37' 59" a distance of 39.54 feet to a point of cusp with a tangent line; thence along said tangent line south 80° 20' 00" east 15.00 feet to a tangent curve concave to the south- west having a radius of 256.00 feet; thence easterly, and southeasterly along last said curve through a central angle of 19' 50' 39" a distance of 88.67 feet to a point on a non -tangent curve having a radius of 40.00 feet, (a radial line of last said curve to last said point bears south 51' 38' 45" east); thence southwesterly, westerly and northwesterly along last said curve through a central angle of 100' 45' 24" a distance of 70.34 feet to the Beginning. The above described parcel of land contains 1,820 square feet, more or less.! Said sanitary sewer easement i.slall that easement in the City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California in Lots 32 and 33 of said Tract 2712 as shown on said map.
